- Oversee compensation and benefits administration which includes liaising with outsourced payroll providers and vendors on payroll related issues and benefits administration
- Review annual group insurance policies
- Support business forecast, annual budget exercises, salary and bonus figures etc
- Reviewing of HR policies and procedures
- Support the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle across various employment categories
- Partner with internal leadership to provide data-driven insights on human capital decisions
- Manage the administration of diverse learning and development programs and new hire integration
- Coordinate expatriate management processes including pass applications and mobility logistics
- Prepare reports (weekly, monthly and quarterly) for management and regulatory surveys
skills and experience required.
- Demonstrated experience in a generalist human resources capacity, with exposure within the Banking and Financial Services industry being a plus
- Strong working knowledge in Compensation and Benefits
- Familiarity with HR Compliance administration
- Strong grasp of local labor practices
- Possesses attention to detail
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
