- Process Management: Oversee end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, and exit management.
- Policy & Compliance: Formulate, implement, and monitor HR policies to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization, including adherence to statutory and legal requirements related to HR.
- Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior management to identify HR priorities and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Organizational Development: Drive organizational development and performance management systems.
- Culture: Foster a positive and productive workplace culture through effective communication and employee relations initiatives.
- MBA in Human Resources from an institute of repute.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources within a mid-sized or large organization.
- Must have independently handled core HR functions.
- Proven aptitude and hands-on experience in:
- Human Resource acquisition, engagement, development, and separation.
- HR policy framing, implementation, and compliance monitoring.
- Fluency in English and Tamil is required.
- Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
