Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (software development, infrastructure, data,
etc.)
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level IT roles
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for niche skill sets
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
• Conduct initial screenings and schedule technical interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics
• Ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for selected candidates
