Key Responsibilities
● HR Strategy & Workforce Planning: Align HR strategies with business objectives, support growth through manpower planning and resource optimization
● Talent Acquisition: Full-cycle recruitment for engineers and technical professionals, build talent pipelines, manage vendor relationships, negotiate offers
● Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive compensation structures, conduct salary benchmarking, manage appraisals and CTC structuring (PF, gratuity, bonuses, insurance)
● Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems, facilitate goal setting, address performance issues
● Employee Relations: Handle grievances, conduct engagement surveys, organize team activities, manage exit interviews and retention strategies● Payroll & Attendance: Oversee HRMS systems, leave policies, coordinate payroll processing, manage final settlements● Learning & Development: Manage onboarding, leadership development, training programs and budgets
● HR Operations: Maintain employee databases, issue employment documentation, handle background verification
● HR Analytics: Generate dashboards and reports on headcount, attrition, hiring metrics; track KPIs and provide insights
Qualifications
● Education: Bachelor's degree (engineering background preferred); HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD) a plus
● Experience: 10+ years progressive HR experience in engineering/IT services or project-based organizations; proven track record managing 100-300+ technical employees
● Technical Skills: Indian labor law expertise (PF, ESI, PT, gratuity), HRMS platforms, MS Office proficiency, ATS familiarity
● Core Competencies: Strong communication (English/Hindi/required), stakeholder management, problem-solving, business acumen, data-driven decision-making, high integrity Location Hyderabad / Pune | Full-time, office-based with occasional site visits | 5-10% domestic travel
