Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Workforce Planning (White and Blue Coller Employee)
Plan and execute manpower requirements for various dept.
Plan and execute Contract Labour (Semi skilled / unskilled employee) for production
and operation.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, operators, and contract labour.

Coordinate with department heads to forecast future manpower needs.
Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new employees.
2. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws (Factories Act, ESI, PF, Minimum
Wages, etc.).
Liaise with labour departments and maintain statutory records and registers.
Oversee compliance of contractors and third-party agencies.
Handle labour inspections, audits, and documentation.
3. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
Maintain cordial relations between management and employees.
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and counselling sessions.
Engage with unions (if applicable) and support in wage negotiations or settlements.
Ensure a harmonious and productive work environment on the shop floor.
4. Attendance, Payroll & HR Operations
Oversee attendance, leave management, and time office functions.
Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts/finance team.
Maintain personnel files, employee records, and HR MIS reports.
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs and conduct skill development programs for staff and workers.
Promote awareness on safety, hygiene, and behavioural improvement.
Drive continuous improvement and performance enhancement initiatives.
6. Health, Safety & Welfare
Ensure implementation of employee welfare measures and statutory facilities.
Support EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) programs at the plant.
Promote safety culture through regular awareness and training sessions.
7. Performance Management & Retention
Implement performance appraisal systems. Assist department heads in setting and reviewing KRAs/KPIs.
Plan retention initiatives and employee engagement programs to reduce attrition.Qualifications & Experience:
Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or MSW (Human Resources specialization).
Experience: 7–12 years of experience in HR; preferable 3-4 years in manufacturing.
Knowledge: Indian labour laws, factory HR operations, and statutory compliance.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership
abilities.Key Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
Sound knowledge of HR systems, processes, and compliance frameworks.
Ability to handle workforce diversity.
