Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. You’ll be the face of our company to candidates, responsible for finding, vetting, and hiring top-tier talent. Your goal is to build a strong talent pipeline that helps our company grow while ensuring every candidate has a stellar experience—regardless of whether they get the job.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing: Proactively hunt for candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews to assess culture fit and technical baseline.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand the "must-haves" for every role.
Scheduling: Coordinate interview loops and ensure the process moves quickly.
Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations and close candidates with enthusiasm.
Brand Advocacy: Represent our company culture online and at industry events.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in recruiting (agency or in-house).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you should be able to sell a dream.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced LinkedIn searching.
Organization: The ability to juggle 10+ open roles without dropping the ball.
Empathy: A genuine interest in helping people find the right career path.
