- Resume Screening: Review incoming applications against specific job descriptions to ensure candidates meet the minimum qualifications.
- Initial Screening: Conduct "cold calls" or preliminary telephonic interviews to check for basic interest, communication skills, salary expectations, and notice periods.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers, managing calendar invites and follow-up reminders.
- Database Management: Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure all candidate data and status updates are accurate.
