- Create and post compelling job descriptions on job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Proactively source candidates using professional networks, databases, and employee referrals.

Screening & Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications to screen candidates based on qualifications and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess skills and aptitude.
- Manage the scheduling of interviews between candidates and the hiring team.

Candidate Management & Engagement:
- Maintain candidate records and manage interactions using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Act as a primary point of contact, building relationships with candidates.
- Provide career guidance and support to candidates.

Offer Management & Onboarding:
- Communicate job offers and manage salary and compensation negotiations.
- Coordinate the onboarding process to help new hires integrate into the company.

Reporting & Improvement:
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
- Track and analyze key hiring metrics to improve recruitment strategies.
- Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices.

Talent Acquisition & Strategy:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategies.
- Promote the company's reputation as a desirable employer.
