Technical Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency with at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Expertise in various sourcing techniques, including advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other niche platforms.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and employment law compliance relating to hiring.
