Collaborate with internal TA team and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate selection criteria.
Source applicants through job portals, online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
Maintain candidate database and update status regularly.
Ensure timely follow-ups and feedback sharing with candidates.
Support documentation and onboarding coordination as required.
Track daily/weekly hiring metrics and share reports with stakeholders.
Required skills and qualifications
2-4 of experience in recruitment (preferably Sales & Manufacturing Hirings)
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Proficiency in MS excel and making dashboards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred skills and qualifications
Post-Graduate in HR or similar field
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
