- Responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented andqualified candidates.
- Stakeholder management with intervention heads and SPOCs for recruitment hiring.
- Sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers andemployment negotiations while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
- Able to close minimum 10–15 positions per month.
- Supervise recruitment team.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection processes comply with employment laws andregulations.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Assist in employee retention and development.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
