・Ensure HR data integrity & compliance: Monitor data accuracy, maintain audit and security standards, and produce reports/dashboards for global HR stakeholders.・Coordinate with the Workday AMS/vendor: Manage tickets, enhancements, testing, release cycles, and review vendor-delivered configuration for quality.・Lead day-to-day Workday operations: Maintain and update Workday configurations, business processes, security, and reports; resolve issues and support end users.・Provide global user support & training: Deliver guidance, training, and documentation to HR teams and users across time zones.・Support Workday releases & improvements: Evaluate and test new features, validate system changes, and ensure updates are properly documented.・Support HR technology projects & process improvements: Assist with HR system enhancements, integrations, and process optimization across regions.
求められる経験
■ Minimum Qualifications:
・3+ years of HRIS experience, including hands-on Workday support
・Experience managing HR system operations, data, and reporting
・Ability to collaborate with vendors and global HR teams
・Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
■Preferred Qualifications:
・Experience supporting global HR teams or multi-region operations
・Experience coordinating with Workday support partners (AMS)
・Familiarity with HR technology projects or process improvements
・Experience working in a foreign-affiliated (global) company
・Understanding of global business processes
-Understanding of international business practices and standardized “TO BE” processes
・Experience collaborating with global teams
