2) Responsibilities – ● Work closely with the HR Head and the Senior mgmt. team to develop & execute HR strategies that effectively support and enhance the overall business strategies.● Implement Day to day people strategies by establishing functional accountabilities by taking lead in Talent Acquisition, Talent management, L&D, Employee Life cycle, Employee engagement, talent retention and overall administration.● Lead end to end talent acquisition including requirement gathering, sourcing, interviews offer managemkalaent and onboarding.● Ensure regular connect with all employees at office. Ensure timely and fair treatment to all employees.▪ Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, HR policies, handling all Statutory compliances related to the employees.▪ Lead new people initiatives in the organization including, onboarding PMS, Succession planning, Career path, Capability building Engagement etc.▪ Shall maintain HRMIS & HR analytics, HR dash board.▪ Ensure healthy Employee Relations to achieve organizational goals.▪ Administer Statutory and Non-statutory welfare measures.▪ Participate in Plant associated audits for HR activities.▪ Conduct Exit interview for Staff & Operators. 3) Qualification
MBA – HR/ MPM/ from reputed institutes with consistent good academic records. 4) Experience – 8-10 YEARS in corporate set ups preferably employing 300+ workforce. 5) Skills Required – ● Strong people management skills to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment● Strategic Thinker● Well abreast with latest HR trends & tools● Strong interpersonal skills
