Role & Responsibilities:
• Global management of industrial hygiene tool (SOCRATES requests)
• Coordinate with the SOCRATES management team and users across different sites
• Implement applicable regulatory requirements for HSE of the site
• Prepare HSE training modules and conduct HSE orientation for employees, contractors, and visitors of the site
• Ensure compliance with refresher training requirements and conduct toolbox talks at the site
• Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and ensure compliance with HSE norms and guidelines for the site
• Develop and implement site specific HSE management systems, HAZOP process, and chemical management system.
• Perform risk assessments, implement work permit systems, and enforce life-saving rules
• Regulatory compliance and coordination with government authorities.
• Investigate accidents and incidents
• Operate Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and manage hazardous waste
• Manage fire prevention and suppression systems; coordinate with the Occupational Health Center
