Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the lead after-sales contact, managing scheduled maintenance, service requests, and emergency breakdown support to minimize system downtime.
Technical Diagnostics: Perform structured assessments and troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, and control sub-systems.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze system data (including COP trends, pressures, and energy consumption) to identify early warning indicators and recommend corrective actions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to facilitate smooth commissioning handovers and provide feedback for future product development.
Service Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of site visits, fault histories, and performance readings to support warranty and O&M reporting.
skills/requirements
Education: A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with HVAC, heat pumps, chillers, or M&E systems in industrial/commercial settings.
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of refrigeration cycles and handling refrigerants (e.g., R-134a, R-513A). Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&ID drawings. Proficiency in digital tools for service reporting and Microsoft Office.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear language for customers.
- Travel: A valid driving license and a willingness to travel regularly across Malaysia, with occasional regional travel in APAC.
