Mechanical Engineering graduate with more than 5 years of experience from an
Automotive Manufacturing background. Diploma with 8 years of experience in
relevant field is acceptable.
 Must have knowledge on TPM methodology, Quality Circle, Advanced Quality Planning,
Inspection Equipment / Techniques
 Must have hands-on exposure in Problem Solving / Root Cause Analysis – Using Minitab
software, Capability studies, statistical analysis using various QC Tools, Metal forming,
assembly processes, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
 Must have knowledge on Heat Treatment furnaces and related quality processes ,
APQP, PPAP,Calibration MSA, Customer Compliant Handling, Warranty Analysis,
Burden Ratio Analysis.s
 Must have handled Change management process.
 IATF 16949 certification for internal auditor.
 Must have system knowledge on TS IATF 16949, ISO14001 and Customer specific
standards.
 Should be able collaborate and work with Cross Functional team.
 Should have good communication skills.
