Key responsabilities:

• Contact outbound leads within agreed SLA timelines.


• Qualify opportunities using the agreed qualification framework.


• Prioritize and manage lead pipelines to maximize conversion.


• Customer Engagement


• Proactively contact customers to promote auctions in local and European sales markets.


• Conduct outbound prospecting and customer acquisition campaigns.


• Manage customer inquiries professionally and within agreed response times.


• Follow up on demand-generation activities and sales actions.


• Re-engage dormant and inactive customers.


• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase retention and sales activity.
  CRM Management


• Maintain accurate customer, lead, and opportunity records in CRM.


• Record all customer interactions and update opportunity status promptly.


• Ensure CRM data quality and compliance standards are maintained.


• Monitor pipeline progress and accurately forecast opportunity status.


• Sales Support


• Handover high-potential or large-volume buyers to Country Buyer Teams.


• Collaborate with country sales teams to support growth initiatives and customer development.


• Share market intelligence and customer insights with relevant stakeholders.


• Pipeline Development


• Generate qualified sales opportunities.


• Support local and international growth initiatives.


• Identify cross-border opportunities by matching supply and demand across markets.


• Contribute to the achievement of sales and revenue targets.

Your skills:

• Fluency in German (Native ou C2 level) and in english (C1 level)


• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.


• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics CRM).


• Experience supporting multiple markets or countries is preferred.


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.


• Relevant language skills for the supported markets.


• Automotive, digital marketplace, or auction experience is advantageous.
