As an Inside Sales Representative, you will team up with the Branch Manager to drive customer service excellence and maximize business opportunities within an established base of major clients. In this stimulating role based in Laval, you will manage large-scale quotes, handle order logistics via email, and make occasional field visits to strengthen strategic partnerships.

Draft, calculate, and deliver detailed sales quotes for major industrial accounts.
Perform precise follow-ups on orders and client requests (approx. 95% via email, 5% by phone).
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with established B2B accounts without cold calling.
Execute inventory purchases and inter-company transfers using Citrix-based systems.
Qualifications
Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the steel or industrial metals sector.
Full bilingualism in English and French (oral and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfort navigating ERP software via Citrix.
Strong customer service focus, autonomy, organizational skills, and a long-term commitment.
Justification for Language Requirement (English)
The position of Inside Sales Representative in Laval requires fluency in the English language. In performing their daily duties, the incumbent will be required to communicate regularly via email and telephone with clients, suppliers, and internal company branches located outside the province of Quebec, specifically across the Maritimes and Ontario.
