Responsibilities
Job Description: This is an active, hands-on role. Operating independently and with our team, you will self manage and work with the learning team to novel design projects, develop training paths and support leading performance sessions where you will guide team members through their training at client care. Your goal is to leverage adult learning methodologies and visual design to engage team members throughout their learning journey. You report to the Director of EFS Learning Development & Enablement, advancing the team's strategic goals through programing, analysis of learning metrics and proactive collaboration. Ideally we are looking for someone who is in Calgary
You are an experienced Instructional Designer, with experience that you can prove and provide doing learning in call centers, it's a plus if you have banking call center experience. We will only be considering candidates with experience working on learning and development in call centers please.
Qualifications
Top Skills: 1. Instructional Design as an adult learning expert
2. Call center learning & development experience - this is a non-negotiable skill we are looking for on this project.
3. Program experience like Articulate 360 and other video/gamefication creation experience
