We have an opportunity for the Role of Instrument Technician.
Roll – Off Roll / Contractual
Location – Dahej, Gujarat
Experience - 3 to 5 years
Qualification – ITI
Core Responsibilities Breakdown
1. Field Instrumentation (The "Senses")
You are responsible for the devices that "feel" what is happening in the pipes and tanks.
- Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level: You’ll be calibrating sensors to ensure the plant doesn't run too hot, over-pressurize, or run dry.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): This involves routine "check-ups" to replace seals or recalibrate sensors before they fail and cause a shutdown.
2. Another Responsibilites
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level)
- knowledge of DCS/PLC/SCADA system
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on instruments
- -Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- knowledge of packing line equipments ( VFFS machine/packing machine/ weighing machines/ bagging machines)
- knowledge of weighing system (Precia molen/JISL)
