Key Responsibilities
Clinical Detailing: Promote and provide technical information on Essity’s product portfolio (e.g., Cutimed, Leukoplast, JOBST) to doctors, surgeons, nurses, and pharmacists.
Sales Execution: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory planning and competitive conversions.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including Hospital Procurement, Wound Care Centers, and Surgeons.
Product Demonstrations: Organize and conduct Clinical Medical Education (CME) sessions, product trials, and demonstrations in clinical settings (including Operating Theatres if required).
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends; provide timely feedback to the marketing and sales leadership teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
Experience: * Typically 1–5 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
Knowledge of the Wound Care or Surgical market is highly preferred.
