As a Dispatcher, you will be at the heart of the import/export container transport dispatch service. Your primary role will be to manage a fleet of truckers and coordinate the movement of goods between terminals, clients, and warehouses.

Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and optimize routes.
• Manage the dispatch and tracking of 30 to 35 truckers on your shift.
• Book and coordinate essential terminal appointments.
• Communicate in real-time with drivers, assist them, and resolve unforeseen issues or delays.
• Maintain communication with clients and our customer service department regarding deliveries.
• Contribute to operational efficiency by managing order errors and ensuring compliance with transport procedures and regulations.
Qualifications
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to interact with clients and the team.
• A strong sense of autonomy, an analytical mind, and the ability to anticipate situations.
