Pozíció leírása / Job description- Support day-to-day investment oversight and asset manager monitoring.
- Coordinate Operational Due Diligence, maintain documentation, and track follow-up actions.
- Prepare regular reports and reviews for valuation, credit, asset monitoring, and governance forums.
- Monitor investment performance data, validate benchmark results, and escalate any discrepancies.
- Verify management and performance fees to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Track operational incidents and data issues, ensuring timely remediation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create management updates and reporting packs for governance meetings and audit requests.
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements in oversight controls and reporting.
- Standardize the Investment Oversight function by leveraging data and automation tools.
- 2+ years of experience in investment operations, middle office, risk management, or a similar environment.
- Knowledge of investment products, asset managers, and outsourced operating models (preferd).
- Experience with controls, reporting, due diligence, or operational governance.
- Strong tech and data affinity, including familiarity with reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a disciplined, detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to collaborate with and challenge stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Investment, and external vendors.
- Strong communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
