About the Role:Our client is currently looking for a Strategic & Analytical Investor Relations (Specialist or Manager) to join a large Japanese multinational high-tech PE-backed manufacturing company.Key Responsibilities:•Build and develop strong relations with the main US Private Equity Shareholder.•Work with the current IR Specialist & CFO to communicate investment strategy, updates, and opportunities to potentially new or existing clients.•Oversee all IR matters for both Domestic & International Projects.•Communicate the company’s story and value proposition by crafting a market narrative.•Drive engagement by organizing Investor Meetings and networking opportunities.•Maintain a deep understanding of the investment landscape.•Maintain regulatory disclosure and compliance requirements, including quarterly and annual reports.Qualifications:•Exceptional track record in Investor Relations, Capital Markets, or Wealth Management.•Experience working with multinational PE-backed companies.•Excellent presentation and communication skills in Japanese & English.•Fluent in Japanese, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural interactions seamlessly.•Fluency in English is an advantage.•Experience working in High-Technology Manufacturing Companies is an advantage.
