• Lead and execute Hong Kong IPO sponsorship transactions from origination through to listing completion, ensuring strict compliance with HKEX Listing Rules and SFC regulations.
• Act as a designated IPO Principal under SFC requirements, overseeing transaction teams and taking responsibility for legal, regulatory, and financial due diligence.
• Drive client pitching, transaction structuring, regulatory submissions, and roadshow efforts alongside senior leadership.
• Maintain strong relationships with regulators (SFC and HKEX), professional parties (lawyers, auditors), and corporate clients.
• Mentor and manage junior team members to build execution efficiency and deal quality.
