- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce and CRM solutions.- Lead end-to-end CRM implementation and enhancement projects, including solution design, testing coordination, deployment support, and user adoption activities.- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams including Sales, Marketing, - Customer Success, IT, and external vendors to deliver digital transformation initiatives.- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user support to improve system adoption, operational efficiency, and customer experience.- Manage project timelines, risks, priorities, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery of business initiatives.- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across CRM and customer engagement workflows.- Support data governance, reporting, and analytics initiatives to improve business visibility and decision-making.
求められる経験
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, CRM business analysis, or digital transformation roles.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Experience gathering business requirements, leading UAT/SIT activities, and coordinating with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English, with experience supporting multinational or enterprise-level environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, client-facing, or cross-functional environments.
