Responsibilities
•Maintain and support existing Clinical Information Systems (CIS) and related clinical applications.
•Troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and ensure systems meet architectural standards.

•Support preparation of readiness assessments, cutover plans, and governance materials.
•Support both steady-state and project-based efforts, occasionally performing approved after-hours or weekend work.
•Ensure all work aligns with technical standards and organizational policies.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst or IT Business Analyst, including requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case analysis, business process analysis, detailed design, and technical documentation.
•5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst working with large, complex information systems and/or Clinical Information System implementation projects; healthcare projects are an asset.
•5+ years of experience working on application upgrades, consolidations, enhancements, or new application implementations.
•5+ years of demonstrated experience leading workshops to identify and articulate business and system requirements and develop use cases or user stories.
•5+ years of experience producing business and system analysis documentation, such as business requirements, functional specifications, process diagrams, requirements traceability, SOPs, test plans, and test cases.
•5+ years of experience working independently with strong interpersonal skills, collaborating confidently with project teams, SMEs, and stakeholders at all levels.
•3+ years of experience in application support roles in a healthcare environment, responsible for maintaining and supporting clinical systems.
•3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams).
•3+ years of experience working with two or more layers of the application technical stack (e.g., programming languages, application architecture, web/app servers, databases, operating systems, infrastructure, middleware).
•3+ years of experience in system integration, data migration, application configuration, and report development.
•Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; French is an asset.
