- Analyse von Gesprächsverläufen sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Optimierungen
- Integration und Betrieb im Zusammenspiel mit Cisco-Telefonie sowie angebundenen Systemen (APIs)
- Zusammenarbeit mit DevOps/Architektur inkl. Deployment, Monitoring und Dokumentation der Betriebsprozesse
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Conversational AI / NLP / Voicebot-Entwicklung
- Erfahrung mit Spitch CAIP oder vergleichbaren Voicebot-Plattformen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Dialogdesign und in der Umsetzung komplexer Botlogik
