Responsibilities
• Direct the planning and execution of multiple concurrent digital health and IT projects from start to finish.
• Create detailed project charters, schedules, and scope statements to guide successful delivery.
• Facilitate efficient governance by establishing steering committees and working groups.
• Manage relationships with vendors, external partners, and internal business areas to align goals.
• Identify potential risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Produce clear, high-quality reports and presentations for senior decision-makers and sponsors.
• Oversee comprehensive documentation, status reporting, and change management activities.
Qualifications
• Eight years of experience developing integrated project plans and reporting progress to senior executives.
• Five years of leadership experience managing healthcare portfolios or similar complex initiatives.
• Proven ability to guide clients through strategy execution, technology updates, and organizational process design.
• Eight years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders to define requirements.
• Knowledge of the Canadian eHealth landscape and clinical data integration is a strong asset.
