Responsibilities
Digital Shared Services, a Shared Health service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
Qualifications
PMP and Prosci Certifications (both are mandatory)
10 years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering information systems and operational transformation projects.
8 years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering process improvement and patient safety healthcare initiatives that directly impact patient care.
5 years’ experience working with large teams of clinical stakeholders (50+) including front line clinicians, physicians, senior managers and executive leaders to implement clinical transformation projects with a provincial scope.
5 years’ experience creating communications strategies, plans, and key messaging for large scale organizational changes
4 years’ experience leading community health and primary care projects focused on improving healthcare outcomes.
1 year of experience implementing cardiovascular health projects including strategic planning, and project delivery activities.
