Direct the technical onboarding of regional corporate accounts onto logistics frameworks via REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, web portals, and e-commerce extensions.
Act as the primary technical point of contact bridging clients, supply chain vendors, customer success teams, and core software engineers to ensure frictionless data flows.
Evaluate external client workflows against internal operational capacities to design, recommend, and deploy highly scalable connection processes.
Coordinate with global product managers and vendor developers to test, validate, and launch integrations with external delivery networks.
Oversee connection health, manage system incident logs, and swiftly resolve escalated B2B data transfer anomalies including JSON payload discrepancies and CSV format errors.
Review incoming business opportunities, participate in request-for-proposal (RFP) technical responses, and guide sales teams on integration feasibility.
Champion internal IT department efficiency initiatives and serve as the designated deputy for regional senior IT leadership when required.
skills & experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of experience within a B2B technical support, system integration, or software development environment.
Strong technical fluency in API mechanics (REST/SOAP), data parsing (JSON, CSV, XML), database structures, and system migration methodologies.
Prior exposure across the entire systems development lifecycle (SDLC), from gathering requirements through to user acceptance testing (UAT) and final deployment.
Professional proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is mandatory to effectively support and collaborate with regional stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex technical jargon into actionable business insights for non-technical clients.
A proactive problem-solving mindset with the flexibility to accommodate occasional regional travel based on project requirements.
