Basic Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on technical experience troubleshooting server hardware, server OS, and infrastructure environments.
3+ years supporting desktop clients (Windows PC), peripherals, and enterprise networking hardware.
1+ year of hands-on system administration and deployment in Linux environments.
Proven experience in technical team leadership or mentoring junior engineers.
Language Proficiency:
Japanese: JLPT N1 or business fluency (ability to review contracts, write documentation, and lead stakeholder negotiations).
English: Working proficiency (ability to read technical documentation and collaborate with global technical teams via chat/tickets).
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in large-scale server/network deployment, infrastructure design, or datacenter facility support.
5+ years of project management or tech lead experience.
Industry certifications such as CCNP, LPIC Level 2/3, or equivalent networking/Linux credentials.
Hands-on experience as a Field Engineer or IT Consultant delivering IT infrastructure projects in supply chain, logistics, or industrial environments.
