We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical IT Systems Analyst to join our team in Brisbane in a hybrid capacity. Serving as the vital link between Finance and IT, you will focus on the support, enhancement, and continuous improvement of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules.
1) What You Will Do:
- Provide functional and technical support for Oracle EBS Finance modules, resolving system issues, data discrepancies, and interface failures.
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
- Identify and drive opportunities to automate manual financial processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational error.
- Assist with system configuration, patch testing, third-party integrations, and lead UAT.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, standard operating procedures, and training sessions to maximise user adoption.
2) What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- Proven experience in a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst role directly supporting Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Deep understanding of core financial processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Finance module configuration.
- Proficiency with SQL and PL/SQL for data querying, troubleshooting, and analysis.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration between Oracle EBS and external systems.
