  • key responsibilities

    As a Junior Brand Manager in this role you will be responsible for:

    • Implement and monitor the local brand strategy in alignment with international guidelines and brand positioning.
    • Participate in international processes to support the development of marketing and sales strategies, as well as global consumer insight initiatives.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with GBU, Regional teams, Digital, Sales, S&CM, Planning, and Controlling departments to ensure seamless execution of business goals.
    • Drive the execution of the marketing mix, overseeing product assortment, the new product pipeline (NPD), pricing strategies, PR, and BTL (Below-The-Line) communication.
    • Track and analyze business performance, market trends, and competitor activities to deliver actionable insights for monthly business review meetings.
    • Take full ownership of the assigned marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and cost efficiency.
    • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan in cooperation with supporting departments to achieve key brand targets (Net Sales, Gross Margin, and Market Share).
    • Monitor market and competitive shifts, ensuring that findings are effectively integrated into product development and overall marketing strategies.
    • Partner with Digital and Media teams to maintain, update, and optimize the Product Information Management (PIM) system.
    • Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring flawless accuracy across all brand artworks, media assets, and marketing translations.
