- Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including POS systems, endpoints, and accessories, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.
- Provide high-touch VIP support for site-based staff and corporate users, managing incidents and service requests through ServiceNow and Jira.
- Support daily IT service operations by monitoring SLAs and coordinating effectively with external vendors.
- Deliver specialised support for commercial technology and site systems to reduce L2 escalations.
- Enforce IT standards and security compliance within the commercial environment, identifying recurring issues for process improvement.
- Assist with the deployment, testing, and stabilisation of new digital projects and user experience technologies.
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT technical support, preferably within a corporate or premium customer-facing environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in Windows/macOS, POS systems, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Proven experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
- Excellent English communication skills are essential for collaborating with diverse regional teams.
- A strong service mindset with the ability to provide "VIP-level" support to professional stakeholders.
- Knowledge of system rollouts, UAT, and change management documentation is a plus.
- Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
