Tasks & Responsibilities:

Model Development:
Design and build MVDA models for Drug Substance manufacturing processes.
Responsible for the end-to-end technical creation of the model structure.

Data Pre-processing & Curation:

Apply rigorous data modeling techniques.

Ensuring that raw process data is correctly pre-processed to prevent false positive/false negative results.

Validation & Maintenance:

Execute formal validation protocols to demonstrate model suitability.

Responsible for maintaining the lifecycle of these models, ensuring they remain accurate over time as process baselines evolve.

Must Haves:

Ideally a PhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemometrics, Statistics, or Biotechnology. Alternatively a Bachelor or Master’s degree combined with relevant work experience.
Min. 2 years experience in statistics.
First professional/industry experiences.
Min. B2/C1 level in English and German.

Nice to Haves:

Familiarity with Open-DCP or similar modeling frameworks (e.g., SIMCA).
Knowledge of the R programming language for statistical computing.
Experience with Aveva PI System Explorer (OSIsoft) for data retrieval.
