As a Junior Territory Sales Executive, you will be the face of Kingfisher on the ground. Your core responsibilities will include:
Market Expansion: Identifying and developing new retail outlets and distributors within your assigned territory.
Sales Targets: Achieving monthly and quarterly primary and secondary sales targets.
Relationship Management: Maintaining strong rapport with off-trade and on-trade partners (liquor stores, hotels, and restaurants).
Stock Management: Ensuring product availability, visibility, and optimal stock levels at all touchpoints.
Reporting: Providing daily field reports, competitor analysis, and market feedback to the Territory Manager.
Requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
A passion for field sales and a "go-getter" attitude.
Familiarity with the local geography of the assigned locations.
Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler.
