This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys challenges and is committed to continue to building a career in sales and has an entrepreneurial mind set. Type: High Travelling Job Experience: 3+ years Location: Jaipur Job Responsibilities • Design and implement a strategic sales roadmap targeting corporate customers that aligns with the company's vision• Identify new corporate leads, initiate solution discussions & ensure successful closures with complete ownership of the entire sales process• Understand the requirement of the customer in both tangible and conceptual terms• Develop a robust lead pipeline with realistic follow up scheduling to achieve the Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales targets• Make execution plans, including development timelines, in coordination with department heads• Take complete ownership of recruitment, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executives Essential Skills• Must have at least 5+ years of experience in corporate sales-Post MBA, in Indian B2B market-place. Should not be a “Minimum Price Point” sales-man. • Corporate sales experience preferably in IoT technology sales, IT Software sales, Software products and projects sales, consulting pursuits.• Should have consultative/entrepreneurial bent of mind to generate leads and close sales.• Should be a smart personality with Excellent communication skills and should be aggressive in nature• Should be able to recruit and manage new team locally Should have a stable career track record in sales.
