• Write and edit product content: onboarding flows, in-app messages, push/email notifications, error
messages and microcopy across our multi-platform and multinational portfolio.
• Collaborate with UX/UI Designers to ensure content is fully aligned with user flows and interaction design.
• Work closely with Product Managers to transform functional and business requirements into clear,
consistent and user-focused messaging.
• Support the Senior UX Copywriter in maintaining a consistent tone of voice and content guidelines across
all markets.
• Manage and update multilingual content using Lokalise, our main tool for text and localization
management, ensuring consistency and quality across all available languages.
• Adapt content for different markets and languages, respecting local specificities while maintaining a
consistent voice.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a content style guide and a shared repository of best
practices.

• 0–2 years of experience in copywriting, UX writing or content-related roles; a portfolio or writing samples
are required.
• Experience with Lokalise or similar content management and localization platforms will be highly valued.
• Familiarity with Figma, Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent writing skills in the required languages, strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt tone
and register to different contexts and platforms.
• Good knowledge of (or interest in) UX writing principles applied to digital products.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required. Spanish language skills are considered a plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) for ideation, drafting and creating different
copy variations will be valued.
• Knowledge of advertising and app-store compliance restrictions in regulated sectors will be valued,
including avoiding stigmatizing language and respecting advertising platform content policies.
