We are looking for experienced Ag-Insurance specialists (or GI specialists) to manage and grow our largest farm portfolios across in NSW. This role is about direct sales and relationship management with high-value agricultural clients.
The Role
...Direct Sales: Manage and win large-scale farm accounts and agribusiness portfolios.
Portfolio Growth: Identify and secure new business from major players in the ag sector.
Client Strategy: Provide tailored insurance solutions for complex broadacre, livestock, and specialized operations.
Autonomy: Manage your own book of business with no micromanagement.
What You Need
Experience: 4-5 years in General Insurance (Farm and Commercial experience is essential).
Track Record: Proven ability to open doors and close deals with large-scale operators.
Communication: A straight-shooter who can talk shop with farmers and deal effectively with brokers.
Drive: Someone who knows the industry and is ready to hit the ground running.
The Rewards
Salary: Up to $175K Pkg (based on experience).
Tools of Trade: Company vehicle and full tech kit provided.
