The Role: Leading Learning in Key Stage 2
Are you an experienced KS2 Teacher looking for a supply position that offers professional recognition, competitive pay, and the chance to lead a class through their crucial upper primary years?
We are seeking a dedicated teacher to join a supportive school community. This role is perfect for a professional who wants the flexibility of a supply contract but with the depth of a full teaching post. You will take ownership of a KS2 classroom, handling all planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) to ensure students are challenged and supported as they work toward their milestones.

Key Responsibilities
Planning & Prep: Create and deliver challenging, differentiated lessons that meet the requirements of the KS2 National Curriculum.
SATs Awareness: (For Year 6 placements) Supporting students through assessment cycles and ensuring they are confident in their core skills.
Assessment & Marking: Maintain high standards of marking and use student data to drive future lesson planning.
Classroom Management: Maintain a focused, positive, and respectful learning environment for older primary pupils.
Communication: Build strong relationships with the KS2 lead, parents, and support staff.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Mandatory for this position.
KS2 Specialist: Strong subject knowledge across the KS2 curriculum, particularly in Literacy and Numeracy.
Resilience: The ability to manage the higher workload associated with full planning and prep.
Engagement: A teacher who can inspire independence and critical thinking in students aged 7-11.
