Your tasks in the laboratory and production include:

Carrying out environmental hygiene monitoring in the pilot plant
Taking surface samples using swabbing techniques
Sampling dust and powder residues
Documenting samples and entering data into the Quality Management System
Distributing and sending samples for microbiological analysis
Supporting sample preparation and evaluation of analysis results

qualifications
- A completed basic vocational training in the food industry is an advantage
- Professional experience in the food industry is an advantage
- Independent, clean, and precise work ethic
- Excellent written and spoken German skills
- Good computer skills
