Responsibilities

Integration Design and Architecture:
Build, test, and deploy Boomi processes to extract worker data from Workday (HCM) and map it precisely to Dayforce’s payroll file specifications.
Protocol and Secure Transport Management:
Architect and maintain the SFTP infrastructure, including managing SSH keys, firewall whitelisting, and ensuring port 22 security for all payroll transmissions.
Data Orchestration and Monitoring:
Actively monitor Boomi execution logs and troubleshoot API failures to ensure payroll data arrives at Dayforce before critical processing deadlines.
Testing and Validation:
Utilize FileZilla and open-source tools to perform manual "handshake" tests between servers, ensuring data integrity and preventing packet corruption.
Technical Troubleshooting:
Serve as the "data bridge" to resolve complex XML/JSON to Flat File transformation errors and middleware connectivity issues.
Compliance and Security:
Ensure all data transfers meet SOC2 and GDPR requirements, maintaining strict encryption standards for PII (Personally Identifiable Information).
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Liaise between HR Technology and Payroll Operations to explain technical sync failures and ensure 100% data integrity for every pay cycle.
Qualifications

Expert-level proficiency with FileZilla and middleware mapping tools.
Solid experience with REST/SOAP APIs, specifically Workday Web Services (RaaS, PECI).
