Manpower Planning & Stakeholder Coordination • Work closely with Business Unit Heads, Project Heads, Sales Leadership, and Functional Managers to understand hiring requirements, role expectations and timelines. • Translate business needs into clear job descriptions and role briefs.• Maintain a rolling hiring tracker and status updates for leadership and HR. 2. Sourcing & Talent Identification Source candidates through multiple channels including:
• Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)• Internal databases and referrals• Placement consultants and recruitment agencies• Post jobs, shortlist candidates, and maintain an active talent pipeline.• Proactively search for relevant profiles in HR networks 3. Placement Agency Management • Coordinate with external placement agencies for niche and volume hiring.• Share job briefs, set expectations on timelines and quality, and follow up for closures.• Track agency performance and maintain documentation related to agency coordination and payouts. 4. Interview Coordination & Candidate Management • Schedule and coordinate interviews with, Business managers, Functional heads and Senior leadership• Act as the single point of contact between candidates and interview panels.• Ensure timely feedback collection and closure of interview rounds. • Provide candidates with clear communication throughout the hiring process. 5. Pre-Offer & Offer Management
• Coordinate pre-offer checks, documentation, and approvals.• Prepare and manage offer letters, compensation discussions, and offer rollouts in coordination with HR and leadership.• Follow up with candidates for offer acceptance and joining confirmation. 6. Onboarding & Induction Support
• Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding checklists.• Ensure smooth day-one onboarding and induction scheduling.• Liaise with HR, IT, Admin, and Business teams to ensure readiness for new joiners.• Track joining status and report any drop-outs or delays. Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline• 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment• Prior experience hiring for Sales, Projects, Technical, Plant, or Operations roles is strongly preferred• Exposure to manufacturing, construction chemicals, infrastructure, or industrial B2B sectors will be an advantage Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills• Strong communication skills• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and recruitment portal
