Key Responsibilities
1. Fund Management & Investment Strategy
o Drive the end-to-end management of company's venture funds, focusing on
investor returns.
o Identify, evaluate, and invest in enterprise AI product companies within
company's ecosystem.
o Develop and execute strategies for capital deployment and portfolio growth.
o Maintain investor confidence through clear communication and performance
reporting.2. Investor Relations & Governance
o Build strong relationships with LPs and stakeholders.o Ensure compliance with US fund governance standards and investor
agreements.
o Provide regular updates on fund performance and ROI metrics.Qualifications
• 5–7 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
• Proven track record in fund management and delivering investor returns.
• Strong understanding of US venture funding structures and investment models.
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
