The Role
Ready to lead from the front? We are looking for a hands-on Operations Team Leader to coordinate daily cleansing and reactive maintenance across the Chatswood CBD and Willoughby area. You’ll keep the community looking its best while leading a dedicated field team.
The Shift:
Afternoon/Evening Wednesday- Sunday 11:30am- 8pm or 12:30pm-9pm
What you’ll do:
- Lead & Supervise: Allocate daily tasks, monitor work quality, and manage team timesheets/rosters via TechOne.
- Get Hands-On: Operate plant equipment, including trucks, blowers, and pressure washers.
- Respond & Coordinate: Manage customer requests, special events, and emergency responses.
- Safety First: Maintain high WHS standards across all daily operations.
What We Are Looking For
- The Leader: Proven experience supervising a small operational team with top-tier communication skills.
- The Know-How: Experience in cleansing, waste, civil, or operational services.
- The Gear: A current Class C driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle (an MR licence is highly desirable).
- The Drive: Physically fit, reliable, and ready to work an afternoon/evening Wednesday to Sunday roster.
- The Basics: Ability to pass a satisfactory police check.
