What you’ll do:
? Manage enrollments, attendance, and scheduling, and ensuring accuracy of learning materials for live training programs in the company’s LMS.
? Engage with program owners, internal teams, and external vendors to plan on-site and off-site training sessions.
? Assist employees with scheduling or rescheduling their training enrollments, and assign and track any pre-work for live training.
? Assist in generating reports on development programs, and live training offerings.
? Partner with program owners to ensure the accuracy of data and build ad hoc reports.
? Triage and provide support for tickets.
