As a Legal Associate in the Banking & Finance practice, you will work on high-profile transactions for top-tier financial institutions and corporations. You will be responsible for:

Executing Corporate Banking, DCM/Sukuk, and Islamic Finance mandates.
Drafting and negotiating documents for cross-border and infrastructure project financing.
Providing strategic advice on financial regulations.
Collaborating within a regional network on complex international deals.

About the requirements

Experience: 2–6+ years of PQE in Banking & Finance.
Expertise: Solid background in Corporate Banking, Debt/Equity Capital Markets and Islamic Finance.
Mindset: A strong "desire to learn" and the ability to work independently.
Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.
Advantage: Prior experience in infrastructure or real estate project finance is a plus.
