Lead the legal aspects of fund establishment, structuring, and re-structuring; conduct due diligence and manage fund documentation
Advise on structured finance, real estate, and credit investment activities; review and negotiate complex transaction documents
Provide advise on legal and regulatory issues affecting asset management; collaborate with the Compliance team on corporate governance and new business initiatives
Draft and review a wide range of commercial agreements across the Group’s internal stakeholders
Support entity incorporation and board-related matters in coordination with the Company Secretary
Oversee and manage relationships with external law firms to ensure cost-effective service delivery
skills & experiences required
Degree holder in law or related discipline
With PQE 5 years or above experience
Strong technical background in Asset Management, Funds, or Structured Finance
Ability to work independently and with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and strong stakeholder management
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
