Draft and review commercial, corporate, and banking agreements (including SPA and JV).
Handle corporate exercises, financing, asset disposals, and acquisitions.
Manage conveyancing and property transactions involving land and assets.
Provide strategic legal support and ensure compliance across business operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
Called to the Malaysian Bar with at least 4 PQE in corporate, banking, and/or conveyancing practice.
